The Lday Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is located off Loop 1 (MOPAC) in Austin, just south of Slaughter Lane at 4801 La Crosse Avenue. Their phone number is 512-292 4100. They are open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Closed Mondays and major holidays. Admission in 2004 was $5.00 for adults, $2.00 for children (5 to 12) and admission rates change in the Spring.
