HAL-PC was one of the first organizations of personal computer users. It sponsors seminars and bulletin boards, and publishes a monthly publication called HAL-PC. I have belonged to HAL-PC since April 6, 1989. A special interest group of lawyers meets monthly on the third Wednesday of each month.
