Analysis of Seegars v. Ashcroft CIV.A.03-834. Cite as 2004 WL 65697. (DC District Court).
Summary of Case: This case involves five District of Columbia residents who claimed that the DC gun regulations have the effect of preventing DC residents from possessing handguns, even in their homes. The District court ruled in this case on January 14, 2004 and denied the relief sought. An appeal is expected. Stay tuned.
