I concentrate my practice on matters related to trial work. I do plaintiff's personal injury, probate litigation and general civil litigation, and business litigation. I am not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in any area. I have tried lawsuits in state and federal court as well and handled administrative hearings.

Haynes & Fullenweider, A Professional Legal Corporation
Associate from 1984 to 1986
Officer, director and shareholder from 1986 to 1989
Haynes & Fullenweider, P.L.C., was a professional legal corporation concentrating on civil law, family law and criminal law. I came there as an associate in 1984 and handled a variety of cases. My main area of concentration was in the civil section. I handled personal injury cases, business law cases and administrative hearings. I was one of the lawyers representing the members of the Houston Police Patrolmen's Union and the Houston Airport Police. I was made an officer, director and shareholder in 1986. The firm had to dissolve in April of 1989 when Donn Charles Fullenweider left to start his own firm. The split was amicable and many of the former shareholders still work cases together.
