There is no faster way to learn about Dutch Oven Cooking than to join the Lone Star Dutch Oven Society. Membership is only $15.00 per year, and you get their creat newsletter, The Dutch Oven. It contains tips, recipes and pictures of Dutch Oven Gatherings (DOG's) from around the state. Activities of local chapters are given. "How To" articles abound. It is a great investment, and, by attending the DOG's you will meet some of the nicest people ever.
