Couplers: The standard couplers on my garden C&S are the Kadee Couplers for G-Scale. LGB freight cars usually take the Model 831.
Metal wheels: I run Gary Raymond metal wheels on my LGB freight and passenger cars. I use G 26 RL, which is semi-fine scale.
